Acceptance of Terms

•By creating a EcomGeo account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
•These terms apply to all users of EcomGeo, including free, Pro, and Agency tier subscribers.

•EcomGeo is a SaaS platform that analyzes e-commerce store URLs and provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) scores, SEO analysis, and OpenAI Ads setup guidance.
•The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for accuracy, analysis results are recommendations and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising outcomes.

•You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•You must be at least 18 years old to use EcomGeo.
•You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent tier limitations.

•You agree to use EcomGeo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
•You may not use the service to analyze stores you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze.
•You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or payment gates.
•You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

•Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost, subject to usage limits described on the pricing page.
•Pro and Agency Tiers: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout.
•All payments are processed securely by Stripe. EcomGeo does not store payment information.
•Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
•Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Contact support@ecomgeo.app to request a refund.

•EcomGeo, the EcomGeo logo, and all related branding are intellectual property of EcomGeo.
•Analysis reports, scores, and recommendations generated by the platform are provided for your internal use.
•You retain all rights to your store content and account data.
•You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish EcomGeo analysis reports without explicit written permission.

•EcomGeo provides optimization recommendations and analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to search engine rankings, AI citation rates, or advertising performance.
•EcomGeo is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
•Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

•You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Paid features remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
•Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our privacy policy.

•We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
•Continued use of EcomGeo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

•These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
•Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
