- •Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or process credit card information.
- •Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the product — page views, feature usage, session duration.
- •Communication: If you contact support, we retain your email and correspondence to assist you.
How We Use Your Information
- •To provide and maintain the EcomGeo service — analyzing store URLs, generating optimization reports, and guiding OpenAI Ads setup.
- •To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
- •To improve and develop new features based on aggregated usage patterns.
- •To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to the service.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
- •Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
- •Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your payment details.
- •OpenAI / OpenRouter: When analyzing store content for GEO optimization, we may send page content to OpenAI-compatible APIs for analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared.
- •We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
- •We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
- •Store analysis results are retained for reference unless you request deletion. Anonymized analysis data may be retained for product improvement.
Your Rights
- •Access: You can view and edit your account information at any time from your dashboard settings.
- •Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@ecomgeo.app.
- •Export: You can request a copy of your data at any time.
- •Correction: You can update your account information directly from your dashboard settings page.
