Information We Collect

•Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password.
•Store Data: When you submit a store URL for analysis, we access publicly available content from that URL to generate GEO scores, SEO scores, and optimization recommendations.
•Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or process credit card information.
•Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the product — page views, feature usage, session duration.
•Communication: If you contact support, we retain your email and correspondence to assist you.

•To provide and maintain the EcomGeo service — analyzing store URLs, generating optimization reports, and guiding OpenAI Ads setup.
•To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
•To improve and develop new features based on aggregated usage patterns.
•To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to the service.

•Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
•Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your payment details.
•OpenAI / OpenRouter: When analyzing store content for GEO optimization, we may send page content to OpenAI-compatible APIs for analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared.
•We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.

•We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
•Store analysis results are retained for reference unless you request deletion. Anonymized analysis data may be retained for product improvement.

•Access: You can view and edit your account information at any time from your dashboard settings.
•Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@ecomgeo.app.
•Export: You can request a copy of your data at any time.
•Correction: You can update your account information directly from your dashboard settings page.

•We use essential cookies for authentication and security. These are required for the service to function.
•We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
•You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences, but disabling essential cookies may affect service functionality.

•All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL.
•Passwords are hashed and salted using industry-standard practices via Supabase Auth.
•We regularly review our security practices and infrastructure.

•We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard.
•Continued use of EcomGeo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
